Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many court and agency records through the Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. 50-18-70 et seq., and court access rules such as Uniform Superior Court Rule 21. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. The Bulloch County Clerk of Superior, State and Juvenile Courts handles Superior, State, and Juvenile Court files from 20 Siebald Street in Statesboro. Probate Court is at 2 North Main Street for estates, guardianships, marriage licenses, and related probate matters. Magistrate Court is at 101 Oak Street. The Sheriff's Office and jail are on U.S. 301 North and maintain jail, incident, accident, and booking-related records. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for these offices into one place.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
